Dr. John S Balocki, DO

The office staff is horrendous especially the Asian or Indian woman not sure but has an accent, she's very arrogant talks as though she's the doctor!! I have a feeling he listens to everything she says and follows what she has to say! My son really liked this doctor and he was highly recommended by a woman I know with the same problems as my son, he needed a pill refill and that woman said they would get the fax for the pill refill in a few days when the doctor came back as it turns out she had a nice talk with the doctor and told him not to refill it because I told her what I thought about her take on going without the pills he needs, she told my son go to the ER if he feels that bad!! Unbelievable what a witch! They need to get a different person to replace her position and also need to jazz up there waiting room looked dirty n dingy to me.

I wouldn't go back to this Dr. if you paid me. I went in with a hernia & was 27 weeks pregnant. I told him I had swelling in my groin area & looked up on the net what it could possibly be, hernia, infection, or cancer. I told him I don't think it's really anything serious but that I was in real pain. He basically laughed at me & said I'll take a look. He spent a minute "examining" my groin, laughed again & said "It's nothing serious, you're having pregnancy pains & need to talk to your Ob." then dismissed me with a "Have a nice day." I went to my Ob & asked her about the pain & showed her the area I was swollen & she instantly said I had a hernia. If this Dr. would've examined me properly & spent more than 3 minutes with me he would've seen the hernia & not just dismissed me as a whiny patient with pregnancy pains! Plus the staff acted as if they were so put out by me checking in & having to fill out paper work for my chart. I stood there for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged… I needed help.
