Dr. John Roberts Bandy, MD

Staff lost paperwork repeatedly. I hand delivered, and then it was *poof* gone. When the doctor asked me about it after the second time I brought it in, and I told him so, he told me that the staff up front is very good. I.e. I'm a liar. Few different random things that annoyed me happened, but the final straw was when they called me to reschedule an appointment. Sure, no problem. The girl was giggling on the phone instead of talking to me. I had to coordinate with ex-huband and current husband to get my child to the appointment. She told me the wrong date...which I repeated back to her and wrote down at the same time b/c she wasn't paying attention. THEN, the staff was RUDE to ME about needing to reschedule since the date the twit put me down for didn't work!!! I was HOT! Dr Bandy is a great doctor, but some of that staff is awful, and it appears that they just let it happen. ><
