Best INITIAL Dr. Visit EVER! I DROVE an hour from Orangeburg to the office at the Parkridge location. I went to Dr. Baugh for a pre-op cardiology exam. ABSOLUTELY NO Wait time... My appointment was set for 10:30am and they called me as soon as I checked in at 10:14am. EKG Was PREFORMED IMMEDIATELY. DR. BAUGH was extremely helpful explaining what tests were to be performed and made me feel like we had been best buds for years. I've never felt as comfortable and at ease as Dr. Baugh and his staff made me feel.... Thanks to all staff at Parkridge location of Palmetto Health USC Cardiology.

I am beyond impressed by Dr. John K. Bough. He was very professional and also very kind, took time to talk to me regarding my concerns which made my visit very comfortable. Very first time had Heart Cath procedure done and Dr. John is truly an expert.

The thing I found most most disturbing is his inclination to allow an assistant to do what I consider to be pertinent responsibilities of my physician. I waited an unreasonable amount of time in a crowed waiting area with no update as to the delay. Upon inquiring I was told repeatedly "he is on his way". I ended up seeing his assistant Grace Kludo who never even made eye contact with me. I even overheard her referring to some patients as "squirrels" as I sat uncomfortably in a small examining room. I find this inexcusable, insulting and cruel. I will add that the receptionist was embarrassed and very apologetic.
