Dr. Beiner is the perfect example of where our healthcare system has taken a wrong turn. Theres no doubt Dr. Beiner is extremely intelligent, ambitious, and successful. However in my experience he probably should've went into finance instead of medicine. All Dr. Beiner cares about is money. He is not here due to an innate need to help people. Hes in it for the money. Hes extremely arrogant and talks to patients as if they are dumb and below him. He assumes he already knows everything and will not take the time to explain things to you, or address your concerns. Unless you enjoy being belittled and treated as a pay check, find someone else

Would not recommend to anyone. He is arrogant and has a very bad temper.

I feel confident that Dr. John Beiner is extremely competent. However, on my last visit I felt he was very impatient with me. He never mentioned what was shown on my x-ray until I asked. He seemed annoyed with my questions and anxious to get me out of the office. I felt embarrassed that I bothered him with my back pain. I have always had a great experience with this practice. Dr. Rich Diana performed shoulder surgery on me and I found him to also be extremely competent, but in addition I always felt he took time to address my concerns with patience and kindness. Also kudos to Dr. Rakesh Patel who has performed several successful spinal injections on me. He is also extremely competent and also patient and genuinely concerned with my back problems. Perhaps Dr. Beiner needs to reevaluate his bedside man

Dr. Beiner has been my most admired doctor. He is knowable and concerned for his patients. I am so fortunate in finding him when I arrived in CT.

He didn't listen to what I was saying. Was annoyed at my questioning him about his diagnosis. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Thank you for coming in I know you are in terrible pain but since you are not a surgical candidate I will refer you to someone that specializes in pain management go see my secretary should give you the information it’ll probably take a couple weeks for you to get in have a good day

Dr. Beiner is an excellent surgeon who is conservative but willing to perform surgery if necessary. Not one to spend a lot of time getting to know you but I am pain free after a very long year!

No time spent with patient. Not interested in patient and hurries you for next patient

I would strongly recommend Dr. Beiner. I had lower back pain for several months prior to seeking treatment. I was diagnosed with sciatica and I went to physical therapy and had an injection, I feel great now. I was in constant pain that caused me to stop doing the things I love to do. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. :)
