Other had kidney cancer be in hospital 5 days 3 days in ICU. which means a Open surgery not lapo. or robtic?? Head of urology, doing it that way ? way more pain healing time. I was the only one in the office, they said they had to stay open until 5 pm I got to office one hour early. called several times to find out more on what was going to happen, what type of surgery, sure it was open now. how long be out of work ETC no one ever called ne back, Found Differ Dr. took time to talk to me did it LApo, out of hospital in 3 days almost no scars way quicker healing time, and he took time to tell me what was going on and what would happen. I'm glad I did not let him operate on me, He is suppose a great dr. but needs to learn some bedside manors! and take time to talk to a patent

My only complaint about this office is a couple of front desk employees. Either they are new or simply have no idea on what they are doing. One is also rude. Dr Bertini was great and under the circumstances I really enjoyed dealing with him as he spent plenty of time talking and answering my questions.

Extremely thorough, kind, really knows his expertise.
