He was very rude to my mother because the appointment was scheduled at a time he didn’t think he should be seeing her and ask her why he need to see her then. She waited to see him for two hours. My mother is 82 years old and he was not patient and just kept shooting questions at her. My mom was scared and he really made her feel bad.
