Dr. John R Blake, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. John Blake for many, many years. He and his staff, especially his nurse Terri, are great! He is a kind, caring person and I just hope he outlives me because I would not want to see anyone else. He sits and takes time to listen and talk to me at every appointment. His nurse, Terri is a sweet, caring person also. She is always on top of things and provides excellent care. This is a great team! My husband sees Dr. Blake also, as well as other family members and we are very thankful to have an excellent Doctor such as him. His staff is also caring and very professional.

My brother has been a patient for over 31 years of Dr. Blake and he has always spoken so highly of him and his nurse Terri. My brother had a massive stroke and I took my brother for the first time to see Dr. Blake after his stroke. He is the most kindest, humble, caring person I have ever met. How he spoke to my brother and handled him was just amazing. He was not in a hurry he made us feel we were his only patient. And his nurse Terri, she is the same way. She ran out in the parking lot when she seen us , it was an ordeal getting him out of the car and taking him to Dr for the first time. She greeted him with such kindness brought a umbrella in case we would get wet. She was so patient as we went over all the things that had occurred with stroke and medications etc. I can honestly say Dr Blake and his staff is first class all around... They are a true blessing.

My husband passed out and went in for an EKG. After waiting two hours, he was sent home and told to return if it happened again and was refused an EKG. We are paying customers with private insurance. This doctor doesn’t care about their patients, they want you to visit several times to make a buck.

Dr Blake is very thorough and always spot on with his diagnosis. Having worked in the medical field I have high expectations of care and Dr Blake meets these expectations.

Always a pleasant experience. Excellent manner, knowledgeable about latest studies and practices, refers me to other excellent practioners when necessary. Wonderful medical care.
