Good bedside manner. Did not rush. Answered questions to satisfaction.

Staff changed about 3 or 4 years ago. New people are great.

Dr Bolla is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor, however his office staff is totally incompetent. I really don't think he knows how bad they are. I've been waiting a month for a referral to a specialist. Each time I call, they say it has been taken care of. Then I call the specialist, and they tell me that they have been trying to get his staff to forward the appropriate documents to no avail.

I've seen Dr. Bolla for the past 13+ years or so. Very competent, very matter of fact, direct and honest. Offers treatment suggestions, and if I'm not comfortable with an option he will explain in better detail why he thinks it is a good idea or suggests an alternate. I feel like I have some control in my care. Old staff had some ... idiosyncrasies. They're not there any longer. New staff is very efficient, kind and always make me smile. Referrals are quick and painless, follow ups appointments are generally easy to schedule. Getting refills can sometimes be a problem, because they want the pharmacy to fax in a refill request, and it can sometimes take a couple days for the requests to be seen and answered. A quick and polite phone call to the nurse often resolves that issue. It was a monthly problem until I asked for multiple refills on my scripts. Now, no trouble at all, I just call in my refill a week early every three months or so. Dr. has never once talked down to me. He listens… to my questions and suggestions on further options for treatment, even if they're patently ridiculous, he never laughs at me. I have yet to have an issue he couldn't figure out or was wrong about. Smart man. I just wish he took my new insurance plan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bolla for the past 8 years and he is one of the most thorough and compassionate primary care doctors ever. Every medical problem that I have had he has taken care of or referred me to the best specialists. I am 78 years old and when I first moved to Florida 8 years ago, I was a medical wreck. Dr. Bolla has literally given me a new life. Thank you so much Dr. Bolla

I saw this doctor years ago for several years. I no longer see this doctor. He is manipulated by his office mgr. who is not an honest person. The doctor, I believe, has gone down hill due to his office mgr. He put way too much trust in her. What used to be a top notch doctor is no longer. So sad.

I have never in my life seen such a rude staff in any capacity. The front desk girl is horrendous, incompetent and RUDE. The mgr. is rude as well.

If I am not feeling well and can not express myself he understands. He listens to my concerns. He keeps track of what test I need each year to make sure that I stay Healthy. Great Doctor and Staff

The staff is so rude. They mix up appointments. They can't get you in when you are sick. They don't even try to care. I tried to get my file faxed to another doctor three times and I can't get it faxed over. Doctor seems unaware of the issues. Now have a major health issue that I need help with and no doctor to go to. Thanks a lot!

This office has the rudest office staff around. I have never been able to get in to see the Dr., besides an annual exam. I have had to go to urgent care every time time I have been ill because I could not get in to see him for up to a week at the least. Definitely will be switching primary doctors.
