Wonderful Doctor!

Been with Dr. Boniface for 4 or 5 years and absolutely satisfied.

I arrived at 11:00 for my 11:30 appointment. A nurse took me back at 12:00, prepped and put on table, IV inserted. Waited, waited and waited. I asked 4 times when they would start the procedure, 4 different people told me 10-15 minutes, still waited. At about 2:00 I asked again and was again told 10-15 minutes. I informed them I needed to have this completed as we needed to be home to get the boys off the bus. They went out to waiting room and told my wife she could leave, go get the boys and come back later that evening to get me. that was bizarre. I told them to unhook me, take out the IV and get my cloths, I was done with the sham operation. The nurse came in, took out my IV and made a 1/2 inch gash on the back of my hand. I had taken the 2 days to prep for this colonoscopy and this seriously flawed operation left me questioning how they can operate and stay in business. Just before I left, the local Rescue Squad showed up and I was told they were there to pick up one of the… patients. That alone would be enough to scare the heck out of somebody waiting for this type procedure. If you ever get sent to this facility. RUN the other way. The worst Medical practice I have ever been in, glad I left before they did something I could not recover from.

After you get past the front office, The visit was informative. Getting a procedure appointment was easy to schedule.

OK, I first went to Dr. Boniface in 2008 for what turned out to be a colon cancer scare. The office staff is chaotic at best. The wait and the office staff issues are not how I choose a doctor, its the doctors knowledge and bed side manner/caring that count for me. And, Dr. Boniface is one of the worst I have dealt with. I have seen Dr. Boniface three times, with two procedures done. Communication is not this guys strong suit. He actually made a contradictory diagnosis after my second procedure which he corrected after I pointed it out. I went to make a follow-up appointment a moment ago and the office staff mistakenly hung up on me, and then put me on hold (forever) when I called back. I hung in disgust and am now searching for a replacement doctor while being unsure of my status. All I wanted to do was make a follow up appointment (which they should have done). I would NOT recommend this Doctor or this practice under any circumstances! This continues to be a scary issue (Cancer… always is) for me, but I would rather go to a general practitioner before returning to this clown. I honestly think this guy is a mall practice law suit waiting to happen

Nurse was fine; administrative staff was pretty much awful. I had been waiting an hour and went to tell the nurse that I was going to the restroom and caught the physician taking a break at his desk.

His office is run VERY poor. This guy is a JERK--I wonder why his partner has stayed with that practice.
