Very unfortunate attitude. Saying things to my child in front of us such as "No hope for her she is another Amy Winehouse, drugs sex and rock n'roll". My daughter however felt the facilities and other people there were really good and enjoyed the programs. She has done very well.....

I enjoyed talking with him, he was very understanding of how I felt going through the program, as well as with my depression and anxiety. He was very attentive and thorough...I would definitely go to him again.

I saw Dr. Borman after being sent home from Belgium by my military wife.I was suffering from poly drug abuse and Bipolar Disorder. This man is one of the most knowledgable, compassionate, and thorough practitioners I have ever seen and Lord knows I've seen a few. He made sure I was gotten from L.A. where I was living in the streets, staying "clean" as we say in recovery and admitted to mesa vista. I hadn't used in a few months and during the intake, the clerk called him and said I smelled like alcohol. I had already spoken to him from L.A. a few hours later and I could hear him tell the clerk that's how people smell when they are (sick and unable to care for themselves) homeless. I now live a productive life; giving back to society. He helped me get here. Thank you Dr. Borman!

This doctor misdiagnosed me with Bipolar Depression instead of situational depression and had me have 10 ECT treatments and now my memory is EXTREMELY poor. He also refused my readmission back into Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital because he said "we've done all we could for this patient her last admission!" The re-admissions to this hospital is incredibly high and I don't know why I wasn't given another chance. I had to go to Alvarado Hospital for treatment and you can't imagine how horrible that hospital is in every way.
