Dr. John D Botsford, MD

I was a patient at Dr. John Botsford’s medspa practice for some years, but my experience has declined since the practice was acquired by Princeton MedSpa Partners and is no longer locally run. While the front desk staff has generally been friendly, I experienced ongoing issues with communication and consistency of care. The results of my recent treatments did not meet the expectations that were set during consultation. At my most recent appointment, I experienced an adverse skin reaction following a laser treatment with Dr. Botsford, which resulted in blotching and a noticeable worsening of my melasma. I was not happy with how this was addressed afterward. I also had issues with the precision of some injectable treatments during a period of staff turnover. Given these experiences and the cost of services, I did not feel the level of professionalism and consistency was what I previously experienced at this practice. As a result, I will not be returning or recommending the practice.
