Dr. John Russell Bowen, MD

Everything I have seen him for has been handled professionally and compassionately. He is not selfish with the appointment time. He asks questions and he listens to find your best result. Having seen numerous civilian primary doctors while in the military over the years I rate him in the top two.

He yelled at me during my appointment. Very unprofessional. Was a long-term patient, but left after that. He's changed and not in a good way.

dr Bowen is our family doctor for nearly two years, he is very nice to talk to, he listen to you, he checks, diagnose and give the medication needed. he also follow up with his patients, he always happy to see his patients and welcome them with a big smile, thank you dr Bowen. Doctor Bowen has been my personal physician for greater than 10 years and can easily state that he has been a life-saver for me. He correctly diagnosed a condition I had with an easy treatment plan that completely missed by my previous physicians and specialists. I am grateful for Doctor Bowen and his entire staff!

The office is located on the third floor. I had to wait in a queue just to see one of the 7 receptionists. It is a medical factory and makes you feel like a number. Dr. Bowen seems professional, if not distant. He was basic and didn't spend much time explaining his diagnosis. How can you make a diagnosis in 15 minutes?

The location and parking isn't convenient, you cannot just get of the car and walk in. You have to find parking and wait for elevator etc. However, the quality of our doctor outweighs that issue. :) And he knows various things to speak to the kids about on his own.

Dr. Bowen is very compassionate, honest and has plenty of patience - a requirement for all health professionals. I have been a patient for a few years, seeing him for a variety of illnesses and routine healthcare, and I cannot put into words how wonderful he is on each and every visit.
