Dr. John Oliver Brandt, MD

I was very pleased with the office and the professionals that were in the office. My appointment went very smoothly I got scheduled for my procedure and I would highly recommend this office this doctor and all the professionals in it.

From the receptionist to the doctor his whole office is a joke. They are very rude including the doctor. He looks and acts like he’s high or something. The rest of his staff could care less if they help you or not. I personally heard the doctor yell at another patient. I would not send an animal there to be treated.

Callie is rude, unskilled, and tarnishes the reputation of the office (and possibly the doctor). She assumes the demeanor of someone who knows everything, but then when she discovers that she was actually wrong she lacks the ability to apologize and she is snappy and hateful. Her supervisor? Kim is probably her best role model, which explains a lot. Kim makes one think of a bus stop and the low caliber of people who frequent these places. She is rough and coarse. If I were Dr. Brandt, I'd want to know how his image is tainted by this low quality front desk help.

FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE AND THE DR WAS JUST AS BAD

Before coming in to visit Dr. Brandt, I did my research and found a few negative reviews on this site as I'm sure you have, but after going in- I can assure you that Dr. Brandt always acted with the upmost professionalism and gave it to me straight. Great work and friendly office staff as well.

Lorri ("I don't have to tell you my last name") is one of Dr. Brant's employees and is the rudest, most inconsiderate, belittling representatives of a place of business I've ever spoken with. She was insulting, uninformative, and simply oblivious to my concerns and confusion regarding my situation, stating that "I did not understand and that I should know.....". Her lack of any tact articulated that she, in no way, was willing to explain the situation, but rather that her preferred method of communication was through demonstrative insults and accusations. I will never return and hope this, in some way, serves to assist in informing the practice of the tremendously unacceptable customer service/patient care provided by Lorri "You don't need to know my last name."

I made the mistake of thinking that I could go back to Brandt 5 years latter and with a huge medical file with my problem now diagnosed, the problem he told me did not exist years before, but since he was with the hospital system I went back, just for the referral to the surgeon. Once again I had to leave with a "you have no major problems, no need for follow up," Even with insurance I GET TO PAY THIS QUACK AROUND $800, and I get to walk around waiting on the day that I loose so much blood that I have to go to the ER and get blood transfusions. They put four people in a room with nothing but a sheet between you and you hear all of their confidential Dr/Patient conversations, he makes his money doing the procedure, billing a crazy amount for his 6-7 minutes of work and then he told each one of us down the line that nothing was wrong, couldn't find and cause for concern, probably just roids, etc. and then he starts another billing cycle.

having a colonoscopy done is like being ran thru a cattle prod. In and out with as many as possible in an 8 hour shift but I must say I didn't have to sit around waiting for very long which is a plus.

This Was The Best Doctor I Have and Ever Will SEE.

Left us "hanging" on medication after tests did not reveal diagnosis. Discouraged follow up visit.
