I cannot say enough about Dr. John Bruce and the experience I had at his office. I went into my appointment honestly terrified. Because of my past experiences and the condition of my teeth, I had come to expect less from dental care—especially when finances limited my options. I’ve had work done before that felt rushed, impersonal, and honestly disappointing. But this experience was completely different. Dr. Bruce took his time with me. He was patient, intentional, and genuinely cared—not just about my teeth, but about me as a person. I never once felt judged or rushed. In fact, he gave me more time than I was even scheduled for, just to make sure everything was done right. And the result… I don’t even have words. My teeth have not looked this beautiful since before any of the damage. I actually got emotional when I saw them—I was in tears. For the first time in a long time, I feel confident smiling again. This appointment restored something in me that I didn’t even realize I had… lost—trust. Not just in a dentist, but in the level of care that’s possible in this field. If you are someone who feels anxious, discouraged, or like you’ve had to settle when it comes to dental care, I cannot recommend Dr. John Bruce enough. What he did for me went far beyond dental work—it gave me confidence, dignity, and a completely new outlook. I am beyond grateful.

I started seeing Dr. Bruce when he bought Dr. Coleman’s practice. I have been pleased over the years with Dr. Bruce’s high quality of care and compassionate manner. The dental hygienists are highly skilled and thorough.

Every single person has been very kind and helpful for any question I have had!!! It had been over 15 years since I had been to a dentist and had quite a bit of tartar built up on my teeth...the hygiene gal did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth...very gentle and thorough!!! The receptionist is very pleasant and welcoming!!! Every person introduced themselves...a very warm environment!!! I had an exceptional visit and would highly recommend this office to others!!! The office personnel helps take away any anxiety a person might have about going to the dentist...I was relaxed and felt I was in good hands with no judgements!!!

I met Dr. Bruce when he was the dentist at City County Health Department. So gentle, and very professional.
