Dr. Buckmaster took on our case when no other doctor would. My wife had MASSIVE(12lbs) fibroids that were competing with my son's viability. We referred to Dr. Buckmaster as he was supposed to tell us that we only had one choice. After seeing the ultrasounds, and a robust, healthy baby growing. The fibroids were placing my wife's life in danger, as well as our unborn child. We were treated promptly, with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and genuine interest for the best outcome. Dr. Buckmaster and team (Thank you Amy B!) worked tirelessly to figure out the right treatment. A surgical oncologist was enlisted to remove the massive tumor (subserosal peduncutlated fibroids). They brought my wife through this terrible time, and my son. At 37 weeks he was a planned c-section, and Dr. Buckmaster was there. He performed the delivery like the phenomenal surgeon that he is. Not every case can end well. We know. But, for us it did! Where other doctors told us to give up, that the… research that I had done wasn't relevant. We found compassion, empathy, and professionalism. Even to this day I tear up. My son is now almost 5 years old. A giant of a child at almost 4 feet tall and 52lbs. A voracious consumer of science. Started riding a balance bike at 1 year old, a pedal bike with hand brakes and no training wheels at 3. Loves bouldering gyms, swimming, one handed pullups and chinups. We have no words that can express our gratefulness for the boy that we have been blessed with.

I came to Dr. Buckmaster after losing four babies to miscarriage. I didn't have any other miscarriages under his care and delivered a healthy baby girl. He listed to my concerns and my intuition and took me seriously. He is an incredible, caring doctor and in my case specifically, a God sent.

I am a proud first time mom! I can't say enough about my birth experience WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!!! My son was delivered via a non scheduled C-section at 3 minutes to midnight by Dr. Buckmaster. He was wonderful ever step of the way.
