Dr. John E Carr

Dr. Carr is a great dentist, but his office personnel leave a lot to be desired. They give you a treatment plan, but fail to give you the complete treatment plan. They told me that my son had to have fillings and had it broken down on a sheet of paper and only two teeth were listed. I brought him in and they filled them, but on the way out, they told me I needed to make another appointment to have his two other teeth filled. I don't like surprises that involve me paying out money. They should have had all 4 teeth listed and commented that they could only do two at a time because they are on separate sides of the mouth. Then they did x-rays prior to this and my insurance only covers x-rays once a year. They failed to look at his records and see he wasn't do, and I received a bill because they failed to do their job.

My daughter had been going to another dentist office and they were horrible, I am beyond thankful we transferred her to Dr. Carr I highly recommend them!!
