Dr. John Robert Case, MD

I had my first visit today (low t) with Dr. Case. This guy knows his stuff. If you're suffering with low t or if you think you have low testosterone he's the man you want to see. Stop waiting and make that call. Thanks again, RM

Today was my first experience as a new patient. Got there at 10:10 am for a 1040 appointment. I arrived early to get the paperwork done where I would be on time. After 30 minutes i was finally put in a room. After 45 more minutes no one even opened the door to see how I was or explain why i was shut away for over an hour with no contact from anyone. Then i went in hallway to see what was going on after 5 min someone finally ask what I needed and then was told i was next. After close to 2 hours of wasting my time I finally left. As follow up I’ve received no apologies no phone call no email nothing. If you were my customer and l treated you that way. I would have been all over to make amends but I guess they are just to big and have to many patients to give a crap. Dr Case. I’m mentioning his name only on the hope he will know what happened. I never met him.

Horrible bedside manners. Explains nothing. Harsh with women. Treats you nice before the procedure, but like trash afterwards. Feels like a cattle herd. Don't waste your time and health. Worst experience ever!! God sees everything though. Too bad other patients have been afraid to post. This needs to be known though. Be very cautious.

Dr. Case has been my Urologist for years, and is a professional and intelligent Surgeon and Doctor. He is knowledgeable about cutting edge research in his field, and is willing to work with patients to meet whatever their goals may be.

Dr Case is a Phenomenal doctor but his office staff is HORRIBLE!!! It is not worth the headache to see him. Take the healthy positive route and see another doctor, going in there is not worth it. His office staff needs to go work retail and learn how to talk to people. They could not sell me a glass of water in the desert, and when you are in the desert water sells itself. His staff pollutes whatever good is there at his office. Actually his office staff reflects him, so thusly he is not worth your time.

Had a vasectomy reversal, never explained about what it would be like, what the chances were after. Waited 45 minutes in waiting room and another 45 in a small office. Comes in like he is just too busy . Typical younger doctor w no manners. We're just cattle from what I Could tell by the way the appointments must be scheduled. If he was a restaurant I would say food ok but service lousy! Waited a while to post this review but been thinking I needed to post

I had an absolute fantastic experience with Dr. Case and I am personally not going to anyone else for my urology needs from now on. He took care of my problem and I couldnt be happier with the care I received from him.
