Dr John Cava

If you need a cardiologist Dr. Cava is the one you want. He explains everything and tells you the best course of action for your condition, I put all my trust in Dr. Cava. He is very kind, understanding and puts you at ease if you are anxious about your condition.

Dr. Cava is my favorite Specialist. He is genuinely concerned and truly cares about my cardiovascular health. He is very attentive and explains, in detail, answers to any questions and concerns that I have. A doctor can only do so much with a patient who doesn't follow his advice, however, he reiterates the reasons why it would be in my best interest to comply with things like quitting smoking, or losing weight, exercising and eating a healthy diet. I highly recommend Dr. Cava for anyone seeking a kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable Cardiologist. Office Staff are professional, courteous and they follow through with excellent communication. I have never had any negative experiences with the Staff at SouthCoast Health

Dr. Cava is a GREAT doctor knows his stuff and is kind, too bad I can't say the same for someone on his staff. I believe it is the office manager, she is one of rudest people I have ever encountered. She has an awful attitude and tries to make patients look like idiots . She needs to be replaced with someone with more brains and less attitude. You are an office manager..... not a doctor, you have no right to make anyone feel like that, shame on you!
