Patients can hear conversations of staff talking about patients. This is very rude. They need to read HIPPA laws

The staff and technicians are always pleasant and really take the time to listen why you're visiting.

No matter when you come expect a wait. There were two people in the waiting room last visit and the rude receptionist would answer the phone with “we are extremely busy” they think 2.5 hours is normal. Horrible

Dr. Celetano is thorough. He ask questions to get to the bottom of your health concerns. He has been my M.D. for over 30 years & I don't plan to change!

Find another MD office . All negative reviews already submitted are true . Not at all pro active. Poor patient teaching and education . Meds are reviewed and never altered or discontinued . This office renews meds with no thought if they are indeed still needed . I will only see Irene NP , who is thorough and sweet , since Dr Aldea is rude and appeara uncaring and condescending. Peggy is great for getting your referrals in order . . I have never seen Dr Celentano in that office. Staff needs to be aware of HIPAA , as other patients can hear conversations of staff . But still, overall , poor patient satisfaction .

Went there recently due to a bad cut on my hand. They told me they would send my RX asap over to CVS. They actually forgot to do it, and I almost did not get RX same day . What is the point of going to a doctor if you can't get the medicine they prescribe? Also the person that answered the phone was rude and had me on hold for 15 minutes. God forbid my hand would of got infected due to that type of negligence, I would of sued them . Never again

The staff is unprofessional and not friendly. They are self righteous and have a bad attitude. My patient-doctor relationship was tainted my first visit to this family practice. I was not happy with how the doctor and the nurses spoke to me and spoke about me outside my examination room. I found it to be rude and disrespectful. I left the office after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room, an hour in the examination room and spending only 20 minutes with the doctor with little to no respect for this family practice and its staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. John Celentano's for over 25 years. First that is not a picture of Dr. Celentano. He is super nice and very caring as well as practical. The problem is he never sees patients anymore. I was there last week and I was told he only books for Tuesday mornings. So you are stuck with one of his associates which are all RNs and his staff which is very rude. You will wait well over an hour for sure, and since it's always someone different they will not know you. It's basically a clinic not a doctors office.

the fact that this practice accepts walk-ins has been a blessing to me many times. when I can't get an urgent care appointment, I can walk right in and be seen. depending on how many patients are there, I can be seen within 30min to 1 hr. for a walk in that's great! the entire staff are pleasant and caring.
