Dr. John Michael Cerny, MD

I am a mother of a disabled young man and this dr is a poor excuse of a medical ph. He will not let me back in the office because he has this rule 'guardians not allowed back on apt. I would not recommend him for anybody .

I am a current pts of Dr. Cerny and after reading the previous review, I became curious. What if I am in a car accident? Should I find another provider before this happens? After speaking to the office staff, I was informed that they would see me, I would just need to pay for the visit and they would have my insurance company reimburse me. I personally do not find this unreasonable as I understand how long it takes to get payments from insurance and state as I work in long-term care. Also after having dealt with many other providers, I must say this office has a decent response time and usually short wait times for appointments.

I was told by his office since I had been in an accident he would no longer treat me. He did not want to deal with the car insurance company. I told their office my insurance would pay for my treatment, which I was already aware of. I had to call my health insurance provider to get a new primary doctor. After the way I was spoken to by his office I promptly got a new doctor. I will tell anyone who asks not to ever go there.
