During my visit, Dr. Cha handled my injury aggressively, showing little regard for my comfort. When I mentioned recommendations from other doctors, he rudely dismissed them, stating, "I’m not here to treat you." Furthermore, Dr. Cha failed to properly diagnose my condition, offering no thorough explanation or clinical reasoning for his conclusions, and misleadingly downplayed the severity of my injury. His failure to communicate and provide accurate medical assessments is deeply concerning and undermines trust in his ability to provide competent care. Additionally, his administrative process is inefficient, with paperwork taking 3–4 weeks to process, and no effort to communicate delays. Dr. Cha operates multiple locations, which raises concerns about his… ability to provide personalized care. Dr. Cha did a great job fixing my foot pain. He was patient and clearly explained my options and what I could do to relieve my foot pain. He did a great job. Now I am much more mobile than I was before.
