Dr. John W Chambers Sr, MD

Dr Chambers delivered both of my kid's a few year's back. Awesome Dr. Great bedside manner and very professional. I give him a 5 star in all area's of his practice.

Dr. John Chambers, Sr. delivered one of my sons many years ago. He was a little straight-forward but a very good doctor. Back then he was such a handsome man that I could easily overlook his being a bit gruff. ??

Dr.Chambers Has EXPERIENCE & WISDOM. He KNOWS What He's Doing..He REALLY IS THE BEST OB/GYN In Cleveland Tn....

This OB put on his fortune teller hat as soon as he saw I'd gained 15 lbs in pregnancy, and proceeded to inform me that if I gained another ounce, I'd be fat and unattractive forever. Thank *goodness* he wasn't on call for our birth. I've since found another caregiver that's much more informative and less verbally abusive and inappropriate. (I've since gained and lost every ounce of baby weight for 3 more pregnancies. He's of the old school notion that if you put women in their place by helping them understand their looks are all that matters, scare them to death and give them a good tongue lashing, it's for their own good. I'm of the new school notion that he should be legally horsewhipped.)

I will never return to this doctor again. I was a patient for years all the while he was drastically helping my body create a serious hormone embalance. He is rude, quick to get you out, and doesn't explain things well. In fact, your best bet for an explanation will come from a 1970s video they will make you watch. His staff is a revolving door with the exception of Mitzi, who in my opinion is the only one there not jaded by the TennCare dollars this office takes in. Don't expect anyone in this office to care about anything other than your insurance payment. When my problem got so bad it could no longer be ignored he referred me to my general doctor so fast I was left wondering what the copay was for. This was a gyno issue, something he should have dealt with years ago. The last time I was I there I went for a simple depo shot and was left waiting an hour. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I had went to see Dr. Chambers because he was my last option. I needed an appointment quick and he was the first one with an open appointment. He delivered my brother 24yrs ago so i thought he'd be an ok guy and know what he's doing because he'd been practicing for so long. Everyone kept telling me how big of a jerk they heard he was, but you always have to find out for yourself. Well, I went to the appointment and he was on the rude side, just real smart about things and he didn't hang around very long leaving me with questions. He's real quick with his work and it seems to be the right way, but that mouth I just don't like. In all honesty I am undecided about the whole thing...about HIM...but I guess everyone deserves a chance!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Chambers. He is so smart in his field of study. I would not trust any other doctor to deliver my children or perform surgery on me except for him. He is very nice and has my best interest in mind at all times. Great to work with and a great staff to back him up!!!

He saved both my daughters lives people who say he doesn't listen are idiots. He was my momas doctor as well. Its hard for a doctor to, listen if you aren't talking correctly. I love dr. chambers and linda. And anyone who has negative things to say about him deserved to be,smacked. I have two beautiful alive daughters due to his care. Thank you doctot chambers.
