Dr Chang shows a degree of empathy rarely seen with overworked ER doctors. Very caring

Went to Lawrence general ER for an ongoing ear infection, which I had seen 2 other drs previously during the week but my ear kept getting worse so I ended up at the ER. Dr Chang was amazing! Spent a long time explaining everything and asking me a lot of questions. He prescribed new medication for me and within only 1 day on the new meds my ear was SO much better it was miraculous! Then several days later he called me at home to check on me to see how I was doing. My own primary care dr has never done that, never mind an ER dr! I was astounded at the care and service Dr Chang gives his patients. I have never had such a great doc. More doc should be like him!

Dr. Chang is a wonderful dr. He treated me so great its been a long time since a doctor has been so wonderful to me and took his time to check me well. Thank You Dr.

They dont make drs like this any more,you are a person not a number with dr chang,he was one of the only drs who cleared up my problem,this dr gets a A=

About a week ago I injured my eye during a wind storm and got sand in it. I was in a lot of pain and went to the ER. Dr Chang answered all of my and my fiancÃ©e questions and checked my eye. He told me I had scratched my cornea. Tonight he called to see how I was doing. I was very impressed by this.

Brought my 2 year old son to Lawrence General Hospital ER for a possible broken arm. Treated by Dr. Chang who diagnosed it as a dislocated left elbow. He was so caring and gentle. He popped the elbow back into place so softly that we didnt even know it happened and the baby never even cried. very thorough also in his explanation. Doctors like this are nearly impossible to find nowadays. He is A+++++++++++++ in my book!
