I highly recommend Dr. Chao. I was experiencing significant pain from midfoot arthritis and was concerned that surgery might be my only option. Dr. Chao took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and discuss a procedure that could help relieve my pain while potentially avoiding a difficult surgery. I really appreciated how clearly and patiently everything was explained. I felt informed, listened to, and confident in the treatment plan.

Dr Chao was not only considerate and professional. He went above and beyond to go through my results, answered all my questions, and opened the line of communication for me to follow up post appt with any questions. Dr. Chao saw my daughter at Peachtree Orthopedics. We were getting a second opinion to see if there were more treatment options for her recovery from an ankle fracture that required two surgeries. Although Dr. Chau confirmed what we already had been told, he gave us all of the options going forward. I feel relieved that we have a plan now for treatment as my teenage daughter gets older. Dr. Chau also had a comfortable and positive manner when communicating bad news to us, which I appreciated. He answered all of our questions well and I left feeling more informed about what the future may hold for my daughter’s recovery.
