My family has been under the medical care of Dr. John Charles for over 20 years . He is a most caring, upbeat and professional physician, and his staff is knowledgeable and efficient.

Dr. Charles and his staff are absolutely fantastic. He and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable & caring. My grandparents, parents, siblings and my huband and children are patients of Dr. Charles. Fantastic office atmosphere! He takes an appropriate amount of time with each patient and never rushes through a visit. He seems genuinely concerned for his patients well being and takes all information presented to him into consideration. He is wonderful at explaining diagnosiss and treatment plans. He also puts great effort into making sure he answers all questions the patient has. A+ + + Physician!

Dr. Charles and his staff are very professional but friendly at the same time. It is easy to make an appointment, wait in the office is generally around 5 minutes. Dr. Charles takes his time with you, never makes you fee rushed, he listens and follows up on everything.
