Dr. John Kaisheng Chia, MD

I was suffering from severe daytime sleepiness for over 10 years before I was treated with equilibrant and am successful in maintaining a full time job as a commercial driver. I was also informed I should discontinue taking vitamin E because it was causing cancer. I am very grateful for Dr. John Chia and his expertise.

I have known many doctors and I can say that Dr JOHN Chia is the only one I trust to make any medical decisions for me if I could not be able to speak for myself. I known him since his first day here and if you pay attention I can assure you that there is so much more to what he does and asked and cares for people because he is not just very intelligent he is honest with one the biggest kindest heart’s I have seen in a doctor and he goes out of his way to research and continue to learn all he can so he can give his patients the best of care a doctor can. This why all other doctor go him for the best answer when they cannot find one. Never has he passed over any of those doctors questions and never had he not allow me to question everything and anything so that I am fully informed so I can do my part in my life and helping me to help him and myself be better informed about all of my choices. We are actually are trues advocates after Dt John Chia. I am thankful that I know and trust such… great person not just doctor.

I waited to see him 6months and its worth it, no Doctors can't help me for long time I have suffer and suffer now I have hope to improve my symptom. Dr Chia very passionate Doctor and good heart he cares human kind. I do thank him very much.Lee.

Having chronic anything is tough, combined with having something nobody understands or knows how to treat makes it extra rough. Dr. Chia doesn't rest until he has found what your exact ailment is and what is available to do with it. Granted what I have has no cure, but knowing someone cares and is trying to make others understand is reassuring and very comforting. Thank God for him.

I have an unusual condition where I had to have cardiac stents put in the same artery 4x in 1 year. My cardiologist eventually sent me to Dr. Chia. He asked me so many more questions than any other Dr. He was the only one to link my bronchitis 1 month before my first heart attack to my recurring heart problems due to the bacteria going from my lungs into my heart. I have seen him for several years now. All I can say is I have seen a number of Drs over the years and every one of them has said that Dr. Chia is the smartest Dr. they know. It does take a while to get your first appointment with him, but it is worth the wait as he will find things that other Dr.s will not. What impressed me most is asks so many questions to try to tie together a possible cause for your condition.

Can't stand this doctor. First, I had to wait 5 months to see him. I advise people who are very ill to go to an integrated doctor or functional medicine doctor and not wait that long. He just zeros in on viruses which is very dangerous bc he is missing alot of other pieces of the puzzle. He is very cocky, tunnel visioned, and dismissive. His research is outdated and he gives everyone the same cookie cutter approach. You can get the viruses panel he checks for from any infectious disease doctor. He knows nothing about methylation, detoxing, mold, mycoplasma, SIBO, Pylori, or balancing gut He does not acknowledge lyme or any co-infection. I found him rude, arrogant and aspergerish.. He just has ok reviews bc he acknowledges CFS and FMS.. but the causes are viruses and he has so much OCD with this theory which is partially true that he drops the ball on other areas which is very ignorant.

Dr. Chia has been my doctor for more than 20 years. He is very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment. I live 60 miles away from his practice and I don't mind seeing him at all.

I have been very impressed by Dr Chia. I have been having a number of autoimmune issues for over 15 years. Many doctors and med cocktails had just led to more and more complications. Rheumatologist and pulmonologist not sure what to do. About 5 months ago emergency doctors brought in Dr Chia to my case. He is very personable, excellent bedside manner, and took time to share with me and my family the issues at hand. My other doctors had the highest regard for Dr Chia. Now all are working together. Every other doctor has told me that I am in the best care now, Dr Chia is a genius. I refer to him as the nice Dr House.

What a horrible experience! I don't know how this guy is practicing medicine - it's awful how he makes money off of desperate people. I listened to him bragging about himself, and when I could get a word in he actually would insult me by saying I was either "impatient" or "emotional" - words that kept me quiet while he complained that he should have been on the cover of Time magazine, not his partner, for he holds all the answers. When I tried to get him back on track he even threatened to stop the appointment before giving me my results. Needless to say I was upset enough to weather it through, and even my husband was shocked into silence, since we had been waiting so long to see this "great" doctor for some help - 6 months I waited, and then 2 hours into the appointment to find out I didn't have any of the stomach viruses in my blood work that he believes causes CFIDS, and yet he kept telling me that the whole appointment that I DID have the virus! When I finally saw the paperwork… my hubby and I were STUNNED that my numbers only showed low immune numbers that all my previous routine blood work from other docs have shown, he recommended gamma infusions (which I won't do according to my conditions) - I knew I had been had. PROTECT YOURSELF and do NOT go to this guy - he's making money off your suffering and enjoying bragging for hours while you sit there being told how your heart, brain and muscles are being invaded by these viruses and other horror stories that will make you even sicker!!! This guy should NOT be practicing medicine!!
