Dr. John P Chibbaro

Georgette the receptionist had an unprofessional demeanor. Charged for services covered by insurance, refused to reimburse. Medical assistant Bobbie was the only professional and compassionate person there. Dr. was sub par and caused additional problems following procedure.

I was a patient of Dr Chibbaro since age 19. I'm now in my late 50's. I always found him to be caring and PAINLESS, which was my greatest concern. However, in the past few years something has seriously changed this excellent skilled dental surgeon from a somewhat fun and a little kooky, in a good way, person into someone who "condones" the rude and nasty way he and his staff interact with his patients. I believe, along with several other current and "ex" patients, that one big problem is his receptionist "Georgette". I cannot believe that the Dr has tolerated her highly abusive, rude and insulting way she speaks and interacts with his patients. However it doesn't stop there. The Dr himself has shown a totally different mannerism towards his patients also, coupled with his very open condoning of Georgette's obnoxious and disrespectful behavior both over the phone and in person. It's very sad for me to become one of his "ex" patients after 40 years, but I never will go near his office… again after the experience I had with Georgette (he stated that he was standing beside her as she was treating me in such an uncalled for and unbelievably nasty manner).
