Ridiculous! Staff is absolutely rude...after having been told by the doctor himself that I was a good patient, had great insurance and paid all my bills on time, the secretary tells me that me and my family is banned from entering the office!! Never heard of such a thing in my life. Disgusting....

My family and I were patients for many years. Loved Cichon, but his billing staff was always rude. Over the years the practice has gone down hill, canceling appointments, losing hygienists, being rude. Final straw was when they continually screwed up billing insurance. They take no ownership of insurance billing, yet make most of their income from insurance. It seems that the practice is just coasting until retirement.

The doctor and hygienist are great but the rest of the staff is unprofessional and rude. The one front desk lady doesn't know what she's doing at all and the other two, must be mother and daughter, are just downright rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not a stand up Doc, and a crazy office manager.
