Dr. John Collier Dr. John Collier is a native of Ozark, Alabama. He graduated from Samford University in 1991 with a major in Chemistry. In 1995 he received his DMD from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. In 1997 he received his endodontics certificate from UAB and was awarded the Operative Award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry. Dr. Collier is a member of the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics, the Southeastern Endodontic Study Group, the Birmingham District Dental Society, and has served as a part-time faculty instructor at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Department of Endodontics. Dr. Collier and his wife, Julie, have three children, John Jr., Katherine, and Elizabeth. He enjoys spending time with his children, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Dr. Collier and his family are active members of Shades Mountain Baptist Church.
