Terrible experience!. On July 10th I went to Collier Dental for consultation and got some quotes for various dental services I needed for my teeth. John Collier and Heather Akin offered me $308.00 for regular cleaning. The day after I got a cleaning appointment on July 13th. On the cleaning day, a dental hygienist (Marissa Simmons) checked me in and started cleaning by taking some x-rays and teeth evaluation. However, she stopped working in the middle of cleaning and told me "your cleaning costs you 783$"!. I objected and showed them the $308.00 quote. But she rejected that and kept saying "that was something else". Then, she stopped cleaning and asked me to pay $313 for the services she gave me so far. I complained again but they denied their cleaning quote and kept saying you must pay the new price just now!. See the next uploaded image, showing they charged me 313$ for a cleaning that I have never received!. This is really disgusting how they changed their word and denied their… official quote. Cleaning was postponed for another visit. I was so upset about all these lies. I requested a sealing service for my cracked tooth. They said "it costs you 316$ and they will not work on my tooth unless I pay 313+316$ upfront". I did. They treated my cracked tooth in less than 5 minutes in a very rude way. I am VERY disgusted and dissatisfied with this service. They are liars and scammers. Most staff are also rude. I was very polite with them all the time despite all their lies. They treated me like a slave. Do not trust their smiles, words, and quotes. They clearly lie. Also, don't believe the five stars' reviews. There's a reason most of them are from people with only one or two reviews. Those reviews are fake. I usually do not leave negative reviews. However, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Collier Dental of Oxford, MS. STAY AWAY!
