Wonderful bedside matter, Extremely through, answers all question .. Office staff could be more responsive, but busy office. Very difficult to contact office and speak to staff for appointments or call backs . With that said Dr Constable is a rare find for GI specialist. He will take care of you

I was so afraid to have a colonoscopy and had been referred to another GI Doctor by my doctor but didn't like him. My friend used Dr. Costable and highly recommended him. From the moment I met him I knew he was the right doctor for me. Very warm, compassionate, took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in detail and even altered his usual schedule to accommodate my schedule. I had the procedure done in his office. His assistants Nicole and Sara were so caring and the Anesthesiologist (sorry don't remember her name) was wonderful as well. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, I felt nothing, and when I woke up I couldn't believe he had done the procedure! It was amazing. Then to find out that he removed 6 pre-cancerous polyps from my colon was unbelievable. I had no idea I even had a single polyp. His bedside manner, caring, and trustworthiness allowed me to go forward and have the procedure done which saved from potentially getting colon cancer! I have… since referred my friends and family. Those who have gone to Dr. Costable all had a similar positive experience with him and his office. I recommend him to everyone!!

Paid my co pay on my office visit and on procedure day want me to pay another copay also his anesthesiology is in my net work but bill my insurance very high and want me to pay the insurance differenence which my benefits states there is no copay ,co insurance and deductible and his billing clerk is very unprofessional.

Polyp removed and sent to lab mislabeled in different area. Thank God it was benign. Doctor took over a week to return call. Not professional

Truly a caring, concerned and extremely knowledgeable physician.

10 years ago Dr. Costable was wonderful & caring. Now he has multiple problems with his billing, rude staff and constantly bloew me off about stomach probelms saying I had IBS and their is no cure, rhynme or reason. While I continued to tell him about problems with dairy foods, he did only a perfunctory test for Lactose Intolerance and Gluten Intolerance. Went to another doctor who I hear speak at aseminar and through extensive testing found I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity, partial lactose intolerance and total intolerance to high fructose corn syrup. Following gluten free /modified lactose diet from this other doctor, I am now 40 punds thinner and have very infrequent stomach problems.
