He came in didn't listen or answer my questions. He disregarded another doctors tests that I had asthma and expected me to start tests all over again. I was diagnosed over 20 years ago and have been treated by every doctor that same until I meet this rude man.

Dr. Cowden was very professional, but yet caring to make sure my daughter got the right diagnosis. She had been diagnosed with asthma, but he found the real problem, Vocal Cord Dysfunction. I am so glad we chose him.

Dr. Cowden and his staff treated me with compassion and concern. I am embarrassed that my controlling and abusive husband treated his clinic in such a rude manner when HE didn't want me to be treated for a life-threatening condition. And to add to it, my husband then slanders the clinic because Dr. Cowden stood up to him, FOR ME THE PATIENT. Thank you to you all for being that caring. You didn't have to. He is my problem.

I found the staff very caring. Perhaps the punctuality is indicative of high demand. Sounds like the last patient comment didn't like what they were told, though. If you want excellence, sometimes you need to be patient.

Very, very difficult staff, surface friendly, but truly uncaring. Speaks a good story but fails to follow through. If you question what they have told you, you have committed the cardinal sin and are treated as though you are worthless. Very difficult to get a call back on a question of concern. Very disorganized staff, and extremely lacking punctuality. One of the most uncaring offices I have ever been to.
