Dr. John F Coyle, DO

This physician "examined" me for a VA-related medical evaluation. His evaluation was not subjective and, instead, supported the false information that existed in the "official" medical records, provided to him by the Veterans Administration, which included numerous false statements (which have been contradicted by other VA records, in addition to other licensed physicians without a blemish on their records), and did not include information otherwise made available to Dr. Coyle. (Some 18 years previously, the VA included a letter in my official record--without notifying me-stating that medical records were now "missing" from my official military personnel and medical record files). Incidentally, and worthy of noting: this same “physician” had, on at least two occasions, reached a settlement regarding multiple malpractice claims, in 2006 and 2009, according to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. He had previously practiced in numerous other states; however, I did not feel… in necessary to dig any deeper to substantiate his bias. This “physician” appears to be employed by the VA, solely to render a “medical opinion” supportive of the VA’s position, and contrary to the factual record... whatver it may be.
