ZERO BEDSIDE MANNER. Actually told me that my casually told me voice may be paralyzed for life and left the room one minute later. Zero desire to help me and just refereed me to someone else. Narcissistic jerk- please avoid going to him.

Twice a year, my allergies flare up which (if untreated) would turn into bronchitis. Thankfully, Dr. Craddock is a great healer. It's been 48 hours and I already feel 100% again. It is with great confidence that I recommend Dr. Craddock and his team! - Gary Moss

Very mixed feelings about this doctor and his office. He is very nice and so are some of the people in his office, but one of his medical assistants and some other office staff are not helpful or friendly at all. Had a tonsillectomy and have had allergic reactions to medications and a very difficult recovery. Mariah, one of the medical assistants, has been very helpful but Dr. Craddock does not seem to understand what I'm experiencing with common and less common issues. Recovery has been awful and scary and I have not been able to receive much help or explanation.

Rosewood ENT is top notch! I have been a patient for over 35 years. All the doctors there are outstanding, but I am partial to Dr. Craddock. He listens to you and you will never feel rushed! I always feel as if I received the best treatment possible. Also, his assistant Jonathan is awesome as well! I would give Dr. Craddock 10 stars if I could! Rosewood is the best in the Houston area!
