Dr. John Glen Creel, MD

The blonde female PA in that office is the reason I will never return. She immediately doesn’t listen to what’s going on with you and makes you feel bad for trying to explain. Horrible experience.

So had a 2:00 walk-in appointment for my 16 year old having chest pain. By 2:30 I asked receptionist how much longer. Without looking up from her personal cell phone (Which was logged on Facebook I might add) says they are "trying to work him in". While I understand what a walk-in is, I do expect eye contact while I am speaking with you. No greeting upon entry. No contact other than a piece of paper to be filled out and slid across counter to her. Not a happy camper at all. Will be finding a more caring office to take care of him from this day forward.

Dr. Creel is a wonderful, God-fearing doctor. However, the staff can be quite rude and/or not courteous. ESPECIALLY, the referral lady. She is horrible with returning calls and messages and she always wants you to come back to the office for the simplest request. This is my experience. The phlebotomist (lad work lady) and the young lady at the checkout window are pleasant . The mannerisms of the staff will make you leave a practice with a great doctor, because you spend more time deal with the staff.

Walterboro Adult & Pediatric Medicine is a place of excellence. The staff is caring, professional and ensure that you are treated like family. Your wait time is brief and your time spent with the Doctor/s aren't brief but extended to each patient's need. The Doctor's listen and take time to understand your concerns. The front office staff, well what can i say except they make you feel welcome and secured. Dr. Creel is simply amazing and with an amazing HEAD follows an amazing TEAM of professionals. If you have not visit or in need of a family physician, i strongly recommend Dr. John G Creel, MD or one of the other physicians located within his office.

Called after I had fallen and had hip bruising and back pains and had an appointment for three hours later that day. Front office staff appeared unconcerned at the welcome window. However once called to see the physician,the inner office staffers were pleasant, caring and professional. instructions were clearly given and on exit again the lifeless aura.
