Dr. John Crown, DDS

I decided to try this clinic despite my friends warning me based on their unsatisfying experiences with fillings. Unfortunately, my own experience with a cleaning was also disappointing. In my opinion, the staff seemed more focused on money than on providing quality care. The cleaning took less than 10 minutes, and I wasn’t even given a mirror to check the results. I didn’t feel like I had the chance to speak up before the visit ended. When I contacted the clinic afterward to express my concerns, they didn’t offer any resolution or re-do. I’ve now chosen to go to another dental clinic in Midtown Memphis that coworkers recommended. Based on what I’ve heard, they offer more thorough care at a lower price. I’ll be giving them a try instead. And will make sure none of my coworkers will ever try his clinic
