Dr. John Danks, MD

This physician is such a waste of time, he won't perform a procedure on your veins that he has never dome before due to his inexperience , he will make ypu wait and make sure his dominician female staff continues to bill you for making you wait, he is a waste of time ,go to a professional surgeon where you know they will value you as a patient

I have been seeing Dr Danks for quite some time. He is an excellent vascular surgeon. The office has very nice staff that are always welcoming. Dr. Danks has an amazing PA., Margaryta! She is very smart and cares very deeply about her patients! She listens to what her patients have to say and provides answers that makes you feel like you are being treated like family! She is a a valuable gem! I had several surgeries with Dr. Danks and was very thrilled with my outcomes. I would recommend him to anyone that has vascular problems.

There are certain feelings you want when you go see a doctor; things like trust and importance. This is what I feel when I see Dr. Danks. I’ve seen him for over a couple of years now due to my blood clots. It’s been traumatic since the clots travelled to my lungs and caused pulmonary embolisms. I feel extremely comfortable taking his advice which somehow I feel is the same advice he would give his own father. He’s extremely caring and attentive and so creates that culture in the office as demonstrated by his great Physician’s Assistants. It’s been a scary ride for me but I’ve felt safe with Dr. Danks. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was required to have an emergency endarterectomy, it was a complicated plan to get to getting it done. They were so helpful caring for me before and after the procedure…I was very grateful for their professionalism and help

Thanks are not enough to express me and my families gratitude towards Dr. Danks!!! Earlier this year he performed a bypass on my fathers leg which had poor circulation…Dr. Danks with his team saved my fathers leg after other opinions from other professionals would have rather amputated his entire leg, his attention and bed side care are exceptional (especially with a patient that mainly speaks Spanish) very detailed an caring! Dr. John Danks operated on my dad who had a life threatening Abdominal Aortic Aneurism. It was a shock to our family when surgery was immediately necessary. Dr. Danks was recommended to me by one of his colleagues. I called him for a 2nd opinion the day before surgery and he quickly returned my call. He agreed to be in on the surgery and gave me confidence in the surgical team: detailing the procedure, possible outcomes, and considered dad's other conditions to minimize risk. When he said he would do his "absolute best," I believed him. He saved my dad's life. A month later, he's following my dad and called with an update after his appointment. Our family is beyond grateful for his superior training, meticulous operative technique and immediate attention in our time of crisis.

I walk today. After 553 days following emergency surgery below knee amputation performed by another surgeon was I able to stand on the weight of my leg with prosthesis. After many months into my trial was I introduced to Dr Danks for a 2nd opinion as I was disappointed with my progress. Previous surgeon was quite comfortable with the idea to amputate above my knee. However, Dr Danks was quite determined to exhaust every possible option available to us. The process took almost a year to heal my leg and preserve my knee. I was amazed by his determination and diligence in pursuing what I consider a medical marvel!
