Interpreted a ct scan for me in 2013, claimed it was normal. Turns out i had large fibroids causing my issues and suffered nearly a decade as a result. If he reads your results get a second opinion!

Adamantly agree with 2010 comment. Associates speak of 48 years experience...pls note "Certificates are for keeping update on Medical Knowledge = possibly not one done = ? initiative - evident in present performance?" On 20 Feb 2018, I was scheduled for 1 Biopsy of right parotid gland mass at Radiology Lab Chesapeake Va. Escorted to small room distant from normal lab apparently due lab behind schedule. Dr Daughdrille walked in...no intro protocol = administered Lidocaine twice @ 5cc each (I am allergic to = post 3 week trauma followed with specialist). 3 attempts made to access mass with negative results and excruciating pain each try. Told Dr I'm done (I have large pain threshold) & he asked for 1 more (4th) try = rested moment & re-entry = excruciating pain = he said he didn't know if he was successful. I got up and said I was done. Requested of him paper work as to what to do post biopsy. He left room immediate with no instructions, etc. Asked attendant for paper work & sanitary… wipe as blood was all over neck and hand/hair = Dr does paper work on Fridays & no check out form + had no appropriate sanitized wipe & provided wash cloth. released to hall feeling faint for long walk to original receiving area. Husband found me weak leaning against wall starting to slide down. Departed facility. *** Dr Daughdrille released erroneous report (still exists/not corrected to date) that: 1) successful biopsy 2) he explained to patient + written inform consent obtained 3) area prepped & draped & locally infiltrated 1% lidocaine 4) Findings 4 fine needle aspiration biopsies of the parotid gland mass were obtained & presented to cytologist for microscopic eval. 5) Patient tolerated procedure well with no immediate complication. Risk: (1) Totally false & misleading, self-serving report. (2) portal noted; to at least 2 follow-up Doctors of successful use of Lidocaine of which I am very allergic to & required immediate attention by specialist following day with right ear/facial & jaw extreme swelling & pain slowly diminishing with "prednisone" medication. Hospital has since corrected it's allergy records but not portal, though I was assured it would be corrected promply Action: be aware. I was a nurse = how many figured this type treatment was norm over 48 years & suffered?

I would not suggest this person to any practice that would like to uphold their reputation. This is the most inconsiderate unconcerned uncaring inhumane person I have ever come in contact with. If you have love for people in your lives do not see this man.
