Dr. John Jackson Davis, DDS

Our child was referred to a pediatric dentist because of anxieties. Unfortunately, the dentist that was recommended did not accept our insurance. So, we went to Dr. Davis. He attempted one time with Valium, and then decided that our daughter needed general anesthesia....to the tune of $3100. He was not willing to attempt laughing gas or any other kind of anesthesia. We will not return.

Love this office every one so nice

This office is in the dark ages. Two older women working the desk who refuse to learn how to use a computer so still use books to schedule appointments and claims are photocopies of the bill mailed to the insurance company. Working for a dental insurance company i can tell you there are no other dentists in the area that do this. And if you question one of them watch out they are extremely rude to you. The technician assisting Dr. Davis acts as if she cannot stand children, has no empathy whatsoever for the scared child sitting in the seat beside her. Dr Davis is a good dentist but he apparently needs to replace his staff.Blue Ridge dental group did a PHENOMENAL job, i would never take a child back to Dr. Davis office. There are plenty of qualified dentist around that treat children like they should be treated.
