Dr. John Walter Day, DDS

Dr. Day has a revoked license to give nitro,which he gave me.Him and Rochelle Rasmussen both worked on me,specialists found that all work needs to be redone.Dr.Rochelle Rasmussen talked about options,she is very forgetful,ect.my app.i went in DR.Day put nitro,but was out so i waited.they finally came and day told me to breath though my nose after he opened the gas,I feel lack of comunication between dentists,ect.cost me all my bottom teeth that only needed work on most of them.my gums r tore up,him and Rochelle did 2 crowns xrays.1st.they replaced them for partial purpose.2nd infection due to Rochelle dropping tooth on floor and place in my mouth.3rd.needed root canal same tooth mind u.4th.Dr.day cracked my root and never told me which i'll lose now.glue or something found along w/debree he left behind,my gums are extreemly sore and in pain even to touch and its been over a yr.workin on me he accused me of fakin pain,and problems i was haveing,argueing w/me during him working.burned my… tongue w/some hot stuff he put doing same tooth,he is very rud and they all keep quite about him at So. Ogden Dental,he wont even give a card.your choice,but i assure you he is not gd. period.during 1 time workin again on same tooth,he got up,walked out,assistant went to floss area,and tooth flew out of my mouth,calling him back he continued to leave,so assistant pushed it back in my mouth.do to all there work,my mouth is a mess and they never cared.i promise you dont go to them,even though they r tryin to cover there tracks.I have all the proof I need to prove all they did to me that ruined my life!!!! and I DON'T GIVE HIM NO STARS ASK ON THE STARS..
