I waited for over a month to be seen had a referral and all my patient information and insurance sent over when appointment was made for me BY my pain management doctor and with the stress of wondering if I have MS or a Tumor I showed up for my appointment only to be told they don’t take my insurance!!! The incompetence level is beyond my grasp at this point and I am beyond disappointed I cannot be seen until End of Dec with a different doctor. I am disgusted that this office neglected to do their due diligence.

This is by far the worst experience ive encountered with a doctor's office. The staff is rude and doesnt care about your well being. I would never recommend

Very good doctor and staff

I saw Dr. Dengler after I was admitted to Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. After many tests it was determined that I had a TIA (mini stroke). I did not see Dr. Dengler until after the test results came back, he visited me in my hospital room and prescribed Crestor and a daily baby aspirin. When I went to his office for a follow up appointment there was no nurse in the room with us, he basically asked how I was feeling, asked me to touch my nose, stand up, sit down and sent me on my way.

Poor office staff. Can't be trusted to do what they say they will do. Made arrangements to have botox injections. My insurance was ready to allow me to buy Botox from pharmacy take to Dr. Dr. office agreed to do it that way but insisted they would order it on my Rx plan. I verified they received med. went to appointment Dr. said it was drug they ordered in fact commented, we just replenish our stock with ordered meds. Imagine my surprise when they bill me for drug three months later . Tried to negotiate after all it was their mistake. Office manager sent me a letter saying it was my bill and I had to pay it. I have it in writing they agreed to payments I paid the first one at the front window. Sent in another the first of this month. Now they have returned it. What more can I do.

Never spends more than 5 min in my room last time i was in his office i asked about my ct scan i had done and he lied about the results i dont think he has ever even looked at my profile i was supposed to have another apt last month and they failed to schedule it because of this my prescription didn't get refilled and he won't fill it till i come back in

Insursnce required some forms to be filed, weeks have gone by and nothing has been sent in or filled out.Now he is out of town and there is no back-up to get the paperwork completed

After going through 2 other neurologists in the Tri-Cities area we were relieved to find Dr. Dengler. He listens to what you have to say. That is a major improvement over the other neurologists whose arrogance proved to be a detriment in the doctor/patient relationship. Dr. Dengler doesn't just assume, he is thorough in his diagnosis and treatment plan. We really appreciate a doctor that LISTENS.
