This is the first time in my life I’ve thought a provider’s rating options should include a NEGATIVE star. He absolutely does not deserve the one star I was required to give. He was not merely cold or dismissive. He was downright MEAN and RUDE. His tone, attitude, and the way he spoke to me were completely unacceptable. He appeared to have zero knowledge of my chart, did not listen to me, failed to ask relevant questions, made assumptions, and repeatedly disregarded what I said. He made my ex seem like a great listener, and that is really saying something. His lack of knowledge was genuinely concerning. He shrugged and literally said, “I don’t know. I’d have to Google that.” I could not believe he was serious. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I would never willingly see him again. Based on my experience, DO NOT choose this provider.
