Dr. John Robert Dunn III, MD

I agree with others, it was a bad experience. I was a patient for years, but could not get refills without coming in at least once a month, sometimes more than that. I believe the office was just trying to make money by charging for office visits. I was told that if I needed a refill that bad, maybe Doctor's care could see me. Also very strange billing practices. I've received bills for visits paid years ago. The wait time was usually close to two hours. I should send them a bill for my time.

This has got to be the Worst Doctor me and my husband has Ever been a patient of. And his staff including (MS.Mary) was deploying. My husband ended up at the ER. And the admitted him immediately do to his Kindney function was being compremised because DR. Dunn,refused to call in my husbands Insulin refill unless the DR. Seen him "That Day" I explained that it was 4pm. And a Friday and there was NO Way my husband could get to his office from where he was working that day before the office closed. DR.Dunn, personally got on the phone and told me if he does not see my husband that day he would not be calling him in any refills on his Insulin I tried to explain I did not notice he was out of insulin completely till I got in my fridge for something and noticed it. A complete over site on my part can he not call it in and my husband would come in on that Monday? He said no , that I had changed his appt. Two other times . What (?) you are holding out on calling in his Insulin because of a… APPOINTMENT issue (?) I told him you know he can not go with out it that long (!!!) This DR.Dunn,said then take him to the ER..... and because of this Doctor that is what we had to do . My husband was admitted for Four days to flush out his kindneys and to bring down his 600 sugar level do to no Insulin from the Doctor. I was also a patient and I had other issues like dirty waiting area and strange smell, long waits, but I would see Drug reps go in and out, they took everyone's vitals in the hall where there was NO privacy and drew blood too there. The exzam rooms were so tiny you could not hardly turn around. And 95% of the time you would only see (MS.Mary) even if you wished to see the (real) Doctor. And like most Doctor offices do have , He don't have a after hours phone number for week end or night Emergencies no way to contact them at all until they open up their office. He would say Diabetes is nothing to full around with But he did this to my husband out of Anger.

The office staff is rude The waiting room etc stinks and dirty!

I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Dr. Dunn was very warm and easy to talk to and I felt confident with his diagnosis. The staff was very friendly.

One of the worst physicians I've seen.Rude unprofessional staff.Waits are usually over an hour,in which time,you will see a number of drug reps go in and out,before your 5 minutes(at most) with the doctor_AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
