Dr. John Henry Ebihara, MD

My husband and I adore Dr. Ebihara!!! He was recommended to us by a friend who told us he saved her husband's life. We are so happy to have him as our doctor. My husband had a chronic illness that no one was able to treat successfully. Dr. Ebihara was relentless in listening to my husband, and leaving no stone unturned until he finally got him the help he needed. He listens actively to patients, and has an excellent bedside manner. He will spend as much time with you as needed. We never feel rushed. His sense of humor is dry and hysterical. We are big fans of Dr. Ebihara!

I have been seeing Dr. Ebihara for several years and can confidently say that he is the most thorough and competent primary care physician I have ever had. He always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns I might have, and was always able to address them without making me feel stupid. He keeps impressively abreast of the latest studies, and is a clearly a very bright guy, even among doctors.

Very personable, low drama sort of physician. Not rushing to high levels of intervention when not necessary. Always seem to be able to get an appointment when I need one. Takes the time to go over things, not rushing off to next patient.

At first, I wasn't sure about Dr. Ebihara. His communication style seemed to be unfriendly, and indifferent. However, as I keep visiting him, I started to see how through he was. He looks up for further information if needs to be, and gives you printout so we can actually learn about our condition. Unlike other very popular doctors, I can actually make an appointment with him when I need to see him for sudden injury or feeling sick. The only bad thing is that e-mail communication takes a long time, and often it's not doctor himself answering questions. But probably it's because he's very busy actually spending time with his patients. Overall, I like him, and think he is a good doctor.
