I’m very disappointed in the lack of care. I never received my 2nd prescription, after leaving numerous voicemails and phone calls, they told me they would re-send it but never did. I now am left with 1/2 prescriptions and I canceled my revisit. I have to say spending $100+ on a 30 minute visit and getting 5 minutes of feedback without any valuable input and directions on how to use my prescription is frightening. The one prescription that I did get left me with scars that were not previously there. I’m appalled that you have a business with this lack of care. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

errible experience with their scheduling and billing. I was going to be 10 minutes late and called to et them know. The girl suggested I just reschedule. So I did. I received a cancellation fee invoice within a few days. Does Dr Edelglass even know what his staff is doing? Does he even care? Someone is ruining his practice. And if they cant get the little stuff right, I am sure his lassifare attitude is translating to his effectiveness as a diagnostician. Not only will I not pay the fee, I am considering reporting him to the CT medical board for their business practices. I DO NOT recommend this guy to anyone.

Dr Edelglass was referred to me by my pediatric dermatologist, Sidney Hurwitz, 39 years ago. Sometimes you just don't need to see a dermatologist every year, but whenever I do I don't need to think twice. I love Dr Edelglass! He is kind, compassionate and the best Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to treat me.

After failing to send 1 of 3 prescriptions to pharmacy he decided I don't need the third one and need to also change how I use the other two he gave me bc he advised me to use the drugs wrong. I don't know how I can trust him after changing the course of treatment based on not wanting to send the RX and then advising me they told me the wrong way to use what they did give me... It's only my face right who cares if I get scars

I've never seen this dr & was in this sight to merely see the reveiws on him before deciding whether to make an appt with him but this stupid program is making me fill out a review when I haven't even seen him yet!!
