I really felt like the doctor took a balanced approach to our care. The situation was not clear cut and he gave very clear instructions going forward. I felt like he listened and that we were included in the steps going forward.

The majority of the assessment was done by a medical student, they did a good job. The physician just did a recap of the assessment and the SBAR was transferred well.
