Dr Entwistle screwed up the implant of my pacemaker wires, which resulted in a second surgery and personal trauma. Then he tried to weasel his way out of telling me the truth about what he did, saying it was possible the ekg was being misread by another doctor, or my previous surgeon had made a mistake the year before. He totally lacked empathy and would not accept personal responsibility for what he did, documented hospital records as if nothing happened and denied treatment. A different surgeon, had to correct his error. I ordered all hospital records. The second surgery was not in Jefferson Hospital’s records, possibly whitewashed as if it never happened.

Dr. Entwistle did my bypass surgery in 2004. He was quite responsive and did excellent work(I'm still here and doing great). He explained my pending procedure and spent a good 30 minutes with me on the night prior to my operation. Pleasant and professional
