I was very disappointed with my visit. I came in because I was experiencing ankle pain and had already seen another doctor the day before who told me he saw something concerning and wanted me evaluated by the surgeon who performed my original surgery. During my appointment, I felt my concerns were completely dismissed. The surgeon who performed my surgery acted as though he did not know me or remember my case, despite operating on my ankle. Meanwhile, his assistant recognized me immediately and was wonderful. After looking at my X-rays, he told me everything looked fine, gave me a shot, and said I should not be having any issues because he “does amazing work.” That comment made me feel like my pain was being dismissed rather than investigated. I understand that surgeons take pride in their work, but patients can still experience complications or new problems. I believe he should have taken more time to review my history and listen to my concerns before deciding nothing was wrong. I… left feeling unheard, frustrated, and disappointed with the care I received.

I have been a patient of Dr Etcheverry for many years. He is always friendly and takes the time to ask me questions about my podiatric health. I highly recommend.

Fabulous doctor!

I was recommended to him by a friend. Went to see Dr.Etcheverry for my ankle that is in bad shape. In my consult with him I told him that my Achilles tendon is very painful also ( hard for me to sleep because of the pain) and he looked at the MRI and said doesn't look that bad. And referred me to PT. Went to PT and my ankle/achilles was so painful I couldn't sleep for three days. Went back to see doc he said continue to go to PT and PT is working on strengthening. I stopped going to PT and stop going to this doctor. I tried with PT but the pain was horrible and this doc didn't seem care. So disappointed in this doc since I had heard good things about him. Oh will ): But his assistant was very kind.
