Dr. Fagg, a native of Winston-Salem, NC, graduated from Davidson College where he lettered in track and football. He received his M.D. degree from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University and did his post-graduate training in general surgery and plastic surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He is the senior partner at Forsyth Plastic Surgery. In addition to his many duties as a plastic surgeon he has served on many local boards. He is currently the chairperson of the NC Medical Care Commission which oversees tax exempt funding and regulations for healthcare facilities in North Carolina. Dr. Fagg is also the past President of the North Carolina Medical Society. He is active in local charitable organizations and civic affairs. Dr. Fagg was selected a member of the first class of Leadership Winston-Salem and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Forsyth County United Way. He and his wife Nancy have two children, John …(Elizabeth) and Caroline. In his time away from his practice, Dr. Fagg enjoys playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.
