This Doctor's license desperately needs to be revoked in any and every state, he practices. He doesn't know how to converse professionally with a patient, he likes to be the only one speaking and is easily offended with the slightest of questions. He does not want to view or consider any past medical history or records. You would think a doctor would want to hear from a patient who drives 2-3 hours and sits in his office for another 5 hours. He is an abnoxoius, inconsiderate narcissist to say the least. I am lead to believe by his behavior and misdiagnosis that he is hiding his inability to practice orthpedics medicine properly. CRAZY Cannot Treat me or my family!!! Shame on Louisiana Medicaid for allowing him to be the Only pain management doctor to accept the insurance!!!!

He is very rude don't want you to talk says you need to loos loose weight because I'm fat said if I loose weight my problems would be gone. Wont look at mri just wanted to look at his xrays he is not worth 10 cents they need to take his license away

He told bald face lies regarding federal laws and also it’s totally against the law to refuse treatment to a patient who smokes!!! Some how he has cornered the market for pain management in Louisiana for Medicaid Medicare patients! Only one in state. And boy o boy he lets u know it! The state and federal government should be made aware! Btw I got my medicine but was threatened to be cut off if I tested positive for nicotine or benzos. YOU ARE NOT GOD
